We are a group of people from varying backgrounds living on the Isle of Man who have come together to share personal experiences of having Hepatitis C and we invite you or your carers to join us. We look forward to hearing from you either to give support and a helping hand or to simply have a chat.
 
We are of differing Gentotypes and we are all at different stages of the disease. Some of us have completed treatment (tx), some are undergoing tx whilst there are some still waiting. One of us has undergone a liver transplant. The common thread is that we all understand what is means to have Hep C and we have come together as a group not only to support one another but to help others in similar circumstances.

As we all know,  everything we consume affects the liver so whilst the liver is struggling to cope it makes sense to be kind to it.
 
There are lots of theories out there on the internet on what or what not to eat but what really helps? The Professionals keep saying to stick to a simple balanced healthy diet. Is there anyone out there with any good advice?
